SEVIS Status

SEVIS Status Summary
Faith Theological Seminary is currently in the process of pursuing certification through the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to obtain SEVIS authorization. At present, the Seminary does not hold SEVIS approval and is therefore not authorized to issue Form I-20 or enroll international students on F-1 student visas.
The institution has taken initial steps toward compliance with SEVP requirements and is actively evaluating the policies, infrastructure, and administrative procedures necessary to meet federal standards. This includes strengthening record-keeping systems, ensuring academic and operational readiness, and aligning institutional practices with Department of Homeland Security regulations.
Faith Theological Seminary remains committed to achieving SEVIS certification in the future and recognizes the importance of maintaining full compliance with all regulatory requirements. Until such approval is granted, the Seminary will continue to operate within its current scope and will not represent itself as SEVIS-certified.
